From Sarasota Bradenton International - Head southeast on FL-45 S/N Tamiami Trail/US-41 S toward Seagate Dr. Make a U-turn at N Gulfstream Ave. Destination will be on the right.
From Tampa - Head west on E Kennedy Blvd toward N Tampa St. Take the 1st left onto N Tampa St 302 ft. Take the 1st left onto Jackson St. Turn right at N Jefferson St. Turn left to merge onto Crosstown Expy/Florida 618 Toll E toward I-75 E/Brandon Toll road. Take exit 13 to merge onto FL-43 S/US-301 S Partial toll road. Merge onto I-75 S via the ramp to Naples. Take exit 217 toward Bradenton. Merge onto FL-70 W/Oneco-Myakka City Rd Continue to follow FL-70 W. Turn left at US-301 S. Turn right at Mound St/N Tamiami Trail Continue to follow N Tamiami Trail Destination will be on the right
PENNSYLVANIA
From Philadelphia - Benjamin Franklin Bridge - Take Bridge into New Jersey. Use tollbooths to the right. From tollbooths take Route 676 South to Route 42 South.
* After 3 miles on Route 42, Exit onto Route 55 South (Sign says Vineland) Take Route 55 South to Exit 32A which is Route 56 East/Landis Avenue (about 27 miles) Do not take the N.Vineland/Brotmanville exit.
** Exit 32A puts you onto Landis Avenue going east. After 2 miles you will cross railroad tracks; we are in the second block after the tracks on your left, #614. If you would like to park in our parking lot behind our building, continue on Landis Avenue to 7th Street and turn left onto 7th.
*** Take 7th St. to first traffic light and turn left onto Wood Street. Our lot is on your left. The back of our building is pale yellow with the words "Cumberland Advisors" on it. It is the second-to-last driveway entrance on your left before you come to 6th Street. Ring the doorbell at the back door and someone will let you in.
From Philadelphia - Walt Whitman Bridge - Take bridge into New Jersey onto Route 42 South. Follow from * above.
From New York and North Jersey - Take New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 4. Bear right after tollbooth (Route 73N). Stay on Route 73N for about a half mile to Route 295 South. Take Route 295S to Route 42 South. Follow from* above.
From Atlantic City - Take Route 40 West to the Village of Richland. Cross railroad tracks and turn left at traffic light (Cedar Avenue). This road takes you into Landis Avenue at a five-point corner. Continue East on Landis Avenue to center of town. Our building is #614. If you would like to park in our parking lot behind our building, turn right onto 7th Street and follow *** from above.
From Washington/Baltimore - Follow Route 95 North to Delaware Memorial Bridge. Take Route 40 East. Continue through Elmer and take Route 55 South to Exit 32A and follow from ** above. |
